Andy, welcome to Switzerland and to Scout24! We are happy that you are with us. What are you most looking forward to?

A

I am looking forward to working with a team of people who like to win. It is exciting for me to be able to work with the unparalleled portfolio that Scout24 brings to consumers, giving them the power to make informed decisions about some of life's most important topics.

What initiatives and/or projects do you envisage will be your top priority over the first three-to-six-month period?

A

Focusing on Member Value and mapping a path to individualized pricing that brings consumers closer to our customers.

In your experience, what are the key ingredients for the implementation of a successful and sustainable monetization strategy?

A

Understanding audiences, creating a virtuous cycle between consumers and our customers, and making sure that value exists for all. Effectively communicating this to all audiences is key to crafting a solid go-to-market plan.

What do you consider the highlights of your career so far, and what have they taught you?

A

Launching several start-ups in the data visualisation space has taught me the value of teams participating in the solution. Being part of larger global and national corporations taught me the value of focusing on outcomes instead of processes. Finally, whether in small or large environments, I have found the strength in agile approaches to complex business challenges.
